SHIPPING
We ship your items the day after receiving your payment during business days. We ship all items as registered post.
We send by Dutch registered postal package, or by normal post in an enveloppe for cartridges. Please refer to the following delivery time table:

The shipping costs are calculated automatically at the lowest possible or most secure way of shipping on our website (VAT incl)
In general shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Shipping of a SET or a SET + cartridges or accesoires = 12.75 EURO by registered post parcel, with tracking number
Shipping of little box of cartridges or accesories = 1.50 EURO by normal post
Shipping of 5 little boxes or accesories = 3 EURO per gewone enveloppe
Shipping of 10 little boxes or accesories = 12.75 EURO by registered post parcel, with tracking number
PAYMENTS
You can pay by International Banktransfer or pay through Paypal. We have a secure and easy-to-use Paypal payment solution that lets you pay online using a credit card, bank account, or your PayPal balance: simply choose Paypal payment at check out and follow the instructions EXACTLY as stated at the bottom of the invoice you received by e-mail. If you dont have a paypal account but you do have a credit card, you can sign up with Paypal and link your credit card to your Paypal account, this allows you to pay by Paypal immediately.

At litecig.com you can always enjoy a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund with ANY REASONS. Note: All returns must arrive to our warehouse in original condition with unopened original packaging. d-delight does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive to our warehouse in damaged condition.
Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
Exceptions:
For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer exchange or refund on cartridges.
Return Method:
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.
